All rights in this product are reserved by BrainStorm Software Ltd.
If, after 30 days, you find BrainStorm valuable, you are obliged to pay a registration fee. This is done at the Buy page on the Brainstorm Software website (http://www.brainstormsw.com/buy.php)
The registered copy of the product may be installed on multiple computers (office, home, notebook for example) on condition that only one copy is used at any one time and that you are the user.
(Volume, network, location and company licences are dealt with directly by Brainstorm Software Ltd and are subject to a separate agreement. Just email email@example.com if you wish to take this further.)
You are authorised to make archival copies of the registered product for the sole purpose of restoration in the event of loss of your working copy.
You are free to copy and give away the original setupbsw.exe package. This enables you to provides friends and colleagues with legal 30-day evaluation copies of BrainStorm. You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting donations for such copies.
Copyright and all rights in the software and its electronic documentation are reserved by Brainstorm Software Ltd. The software contains trade secrets and, in order to protect them, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the product to human perceivable form. Nor may you modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease or create derivative works based on the BrainStorm code or any part thereof.
You may, however, publish your own BrainStorm models in HTML form, providing you do not tamper with the generated code.
BrainStorm is licensed without any warranty as to performance or fitness for any particular purpose. (This is why we offer a 30-day evaluation period.) The entire risk as to the results of this software is assumed by the purchaser.
The foregoing statements do not or will not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser.
